Have you ever wondered why it can be so challenging to work with some customers, yet for others it's so much easier?

You see, different people have different personality styles. How they prefer to engage others, what matters to them, how they evaluate choices and perceive risk, how quickly they act, what makes them tick, what do they fear, etc. are determined by their personality style. Salespeople who can adapt their selling style to their customer's personality style can achieve better sales performance for the fact that people like to buy from people who are just like them.

By the end of the course, you will be able to:

  • Describe the characteristics of the 4 personality styles
  • Identify your personality and selling style (including points of caution and recommendations)
  • Identify your customer's personality style by observing specific cues
  • Describe the buying style of each personality style
  • Adapt and strategise your selling style to each personality style

What you are learning is grounded in behavioural science. It is a one-time investment that will bring you a life-time of return.

Lesson Duration: 10am - 5pm (6 hours)

Class Size: 10 (min) to 30 (max)

Fee: $300 SGD (nett) per participant (Fee does not include optional personality profiling assessment)

In-House Run: We can run the course at your premises with a minimum of 10 participants.

One-on-One Coaching: We cater to clients who either don't have the time for a full-day course or prefer a private and confidential session. The fee is $350 SGD per 2.5-hour session.

  • Understand how your personality style affects the way you manage and communicate with your staff, and how it affects their ability and motivation to work with you
  • Develop strategies to manage relationships and improve workplace collaboration
  • Understand your selling style and how to adapt the way you sell to different customer styles effectively
  • Understand how different people behave in different situations, their greatest fear, etc. so that you can strategise your next move
  • Identify the type of people you will have challenges dealing with and what you can do about it

How It Works:

  1. You will do the personality profiling assessment. It takes only 7 mins.
  2. Email the assessment sheet to the consultant.
  3. The consultant will schedule a 2-hr meeting with you at an agreed venue after he has identified your personality style.
  4. The consultant will discuss about your personality style, explain the 4 personality styles, and help you address your specific challenges.
